What is the best way to get the smell of cigarettes from a vehicle?

I just bought a Range Rover 2003 for a flight, the only catch that the previous owner smoked cigars in it. I am looking only for a few proven methods for eliminating the smell of smoke. Thanks in advance for all your help.

Hello, I smoked cigars for years so I can imagine what you face. A friend used to spray disinfectant to eliminate odor. He worked to hide the smell. However, to eliminate foot odor so you have to do a thorough cleaning. One thing you have to do is clean all ash. Not only in the ashtray, but in the mat. Only a detergent or a masking agent will have limited effect. The ashes are removed or the odor returns. In addition, cigarette smoke is very heavy and leaves a residue in various surfaces. You have to clean the wells to remove this residue. The glass and leather is easy. Windex works to eliminate it. If the previous owner had not cleaned their car at a time yields a residue of brownish-yellow in cleaning cloth. This may take several cleanings to get all the waste disposed.
