What is the best way to eliminate smoke odor?
In my new house there are beds that smell of smoke. I don’t want to get rid of all of the beds so do you know what is the best way to elimate the smoke odor. I tried fanning the room out, with the windows open, and also sprayed febreez. However it’s not working well? Please help!
This might be a little inconvenient if you don’t own something like this, but what about steaming the beds? It would give them a nice “deep cleaning.” If that doesn’t work or if you can’t do it, the best advice I can offer is just letting them air out for a few days and hope that the smell goes away on its own. Candles will help mask the smell in the room.
I googled your problem and a solution (that isn’t much of a solution) is to put plastic covers over the mattresses if you can’t get rid of the smell and are adamant about keeping them.
