Car Neons (DC) convert to (AC) wall outlet?
i am looking to put neons That Some go in cars (they Plug into cigarette lighters) in my room. i need a converter That goes Into the wall and Have a cigarette lighter on it to do this, i know. Any recomendations on converters? or Other ideas? thanks
Any will do 12v AC adapter the trick as long as it puts out enough amperage (ie if the lights draw the 500th, Then You Would Need an adapter Than dog supply at least 500mA). You splice the dog a cigarette lighter adapter Into Socket That Can Be Obtained from Any RadioShack store, or hard-wire Then Directly Into The neon light's power lines (making sure you match the polarity of course).
